Step 1
Enter the planned grams of A and B for one batch, using a verified mass calculation.
Add up known masses of A and B, your material prices and the number of identical batches. No live prices or currency conversion.
Use the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact product. This calculator does not recommend a formulation, cure schedule, pouring depth or chemical handling procedure.
A cost = A grams ÷ 1,000 × A price/kg. B cost follows the same rule. Total cost = (A cost + B cost + entered other cost) × batch count.
Worked example
With 200 g of A at 20 per kg and 100 g of B at 30 per kg, material cost is 4 + 3 = 7 per batch. An entered extra cost of 1 makes 8; five identical batches total 40 in the chosen currency.
Enter the planned grams of A and B for one batch, using a verified mass calculation.
Enter your cost per kilogram for each material and any other known cost per batch.
Choose an integer batch count and one currency label. Review per-batch and complete-run totals.
No. It totals the material quantities, prices and extra cost you enter. Taxes, shipping, labor, packaging and waste are included only if you explicitly add them.
No. The currency is a label. Enter every price in the same currency; no exchange-rate lookup is performed.
Calculate rectangular or cylindrical mold cavity volume using inside dimensions, quantity and your chosen extra allowance.
